SANO WAS BORN FROM A PERSONAL NEED — A LONGING FOR SPACE TO BREATHE, MOVE, AND FEEL WHOLE AGAIN.
AS A WORKING MOM JUGGLING CAREER, KIDS, AND THE CONSTANT HUM OF MODERN LIFE, OUR FOUNDER FOUND HERSELF CRAVING MORE. SHE WANTED A PLACE THAT FELT CALM YET ENERGIZING, EXPERT YET DOWN-TO-EARTH. A PLACE WHERE SHE COULD RESET, RECONNECT, AND RETURN TO HER BODY.
SANO (PRONOUNCED SAH-NO) MEANS “HEALTHY,” “WHOLE,” OR “SOUND” IN LATIN. THIS SIMPLE YET POWERFUL WORD IS AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO — IT REMINDS US OF OUR NATURAL CAPACITY TO FEEL WELL, MOVE WITH EASE, AND LIVE IN HARMONY WITH OURSELVES.
