SLOW DOWN AND RECONNECT UNDER THE SOFT GLOW OF CANDLELIGHT. THIS SLOW, GROUNDING FLOW BLENDS DEEP STRETCHING, MINDFUL BREATH, AND QUIET REFLECTION TO HELP RELEASE TENSION FROM THE DAY. SET TO CALMING MUSIC, CANDLELIGHT YOGA RESTORES BALANCE TO THE NERVOUS SYSTEM AND INVITES YOU TO MOVE WITH PRESENCE AND EASE.

YIN YOGA

WE BEGIN THIS CLASS WITH A SLOW FLOW TO EASE INTO STILLNESS, FOLLOWED BY A MEDITATIVE PRACTICE WITH LONG-HELD, PASSIVE FLOOR POSES TARGETING DEEP CONNECTIVE TISSUES. PROPS WILL BE USED TO CULTIVATE STILLNESS, PROMOTE DEPTH, AND FACILITATE RELAXATION, FLEXIBILITY AND AWARENESS.
